New for 2025 Winsday debuts as a day to shine the spotlight on Louisville’s robust nonprofit community.

In partnership with the Community Foundation of Louisville, local nonprofit organizations will be invited to fundraise and highlight the work they do to make Louisville a more vibrant place to live, work and play. By purchasing Winsday tickets through a registered nonprofit, guests will directly contribute to these vital agencies, with a portion of each ticket sale benefiting their incredible work.

WINSDAY & NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS

Nonprofits across the community will have the opportunity to be among the first 50 eligible organizations to receive a unique ticket link for Winsday. This link can be shared with their network of supporters, allowing them to sell Winsday tickets and earn a $5 kickback for each seat sold.
Here’s how it works:

• Registration Opens: February 17 Nonprofits must sign up through the Community Foundation of Louisville’s website.
  • Sign up here today (link) >> 
• Review Process: After registration, the Community Foundation will review applications to ensure that the organization is in good standing.
• First 50 Organizations: The first 50 vetted organizations will be eligible to receive the ticket link.
• Registration Closes: February 26
• Verification and Ticket Link Distribution: On March 5, the verified nonprofits will be sent to CDRT for ticket link.
• Ticket Links and Social Media Assets: On March 14, nonprofits will receive their unique ticket links along with social media assets to help promote the ticket sales to their networks and supporters.
• Earnings for Nonprofits: Nonprofits will receive a $5 kickback for each ticket sold.

EVENT DAY HIGHLIGHTS

Charity Post Draw

• Just like the Derby Post Draw, but with a twist -- twenty nonprofits will be randomly drawn from the 50 registered organizations to be paired each with a Kentucky Derby contender. The nonprofit paired with the winning horse will receive a portion of the Derby Week 50/50 Raffle.

Second Chance Drawings

• Organizations not making the “Starting Gate” will have a second chance at financial support -- $2,000 for their cause!

Supporter Drawings

• Random drawings from those guests purchasing their tickets through registered nonprofits where a $2,000 donation will be made to their registered nonprofit.

Style Under the Spires: Derby Week Fashion Contest

• Winsday is all about bold patterns! Don't just come to the track to support your favorite nonprofit—stand out and be bold by wearing your best bold patterns. This isn’t just a day at the races; it’s a chance to make a splash with your most vibrant, eye-catching attire. Let's turn heads and make a difference—be bold, be brave. ALL-INCLUSIVE SEATING OPTIONS

Many Premium Dining, Suites and Reserved Seating options for Derby Week 2025 are all-inclusive of food, alcoholic beverage, and non-alcoholic beverage. Our All-Inclusive Seating Options below include a 4-hour Chef’s Table buffet and a Gates-to-Last-Call Bar Package.
