How to tune in and post times for the Kentucky Derby and Kentucky Oaks

The 143rd runnings of the Kentucky Derby and Oaks have finally arrived but not everyone can make it out to Churchill Downs for the events.
Those watching from home have a couple of options to watch both the Run for the Lilies on Friday and Run for the Roses on Saturday.
